Camille Wild is a one-woman show based in rural Washington State. Orders will ship within one week of purchase due to road conditions and post-office constraints. I offer USPS first class, priority, and priority express shipping. If you need your order rushed or alternative delivery options, please email hello@camillewild.com. I also offer standard and priority shipping for all international orders.
Please note that Camille Wild is not responsible for lost or damaged pieces.
Returns
I accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your purchase. This is on a case-by-case basis. The buyer pays for return shipping. Please read my item descriptions thoroughly and know your ring size, as some rings cannot be resized. Custom pieces cannot be returned.
If an item is damaged from normal wear, I will repair the piece free of charge within the first six months.
